As Wedding Planner my duties include:

Free Initial Consult (either phone call, video call or my preference - over coffee, my shout).

−  Sourcing quotes + Costs, as well as availability of suppliers for your day

−  Communication with vendors on your behalf

−  Assistance with Budget Management – the creation + tracking of budgets, invoice collation with amount + due date reminders.

−  Monthly Check-ins

−  Everyday support whenever necessary

As Wedding Day Coordinator my duties include:

   − Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding

   − Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party

   − Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day

   − Wedding Rehearsal Supervision

   − On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to but not limited to 10 hours on the day of your wedding
