In the lead up to our wedding, our friends and family kept commenting that we were so relaxed - this was entirely because we had Brittanie on our team! No task was too big, including a 3am wake up call to come to the flower markets 3 hours away in the freezing cold. Throughout the whole process Brittanie was there and just made everything easier and the whole day ran like a dream. Brittanie’s talents exceeded all expectations, she liaised with all our vendors, assisted in a near wedding day crisis situation and she didn’t even bat an eyelid - So cool, calm and collected.
We started with a day of coordinator and by the end of our wedding we had a friend for life. Not only is she bubbly, enthusiastic, kind, thoughtful and helpful, she is also a calming presence, keeps things organised, and gets things done without making a scene. After each time we spoke or messaged I felt reassured.
In the lead up to our wedding she managed all our vendors, and even facilitated meet ups and walk throughs so that we didn’t have to.

She anticipated potential problems and came up with solutions to deal with them swiftly and painlessly, and thought of things we had totally overlooked!
(She even acted as a mediator when my husband and I couldn’t agree on certain choices, and helped us come to a compromise painlessly. Haha!)
On the day of the wedding she worked so hard behind the scenes keeping things going - and our wedding ran perfectly on schedule.

By the time the wedding day came, after our meet ups and phone conversations, messages and emails we had reached a point where I felt like Brittanie had already become like a friend, and we invited her to sit with a table of guests and enjoy her dinner, where she fit right in - another testament to her personality!

Where do I start! Brittanie has been there since day one and exceeded our expectations. When I tell you I couldn’t have made it through the lead up to my wedding or the day of my wedding without Brittanie, I am not lying. She coordinator vendor communication, helped with multiple decisions, created layouts and run sheets, took 50 different stressors off my hands and also was an emotional crutch and got me through on the days I thought I was going to throw it all away and elope at town hall (lol) and that was all just in the lead up to the big day. On the day, she checked in on me regularly, fixed two issues (that I’m aware of now) without me having to stress about it on the day, helped set up, pack down, moved everything from ceremony to reception and helped my MC (who is known to be a talker) stay on time.
